Who We Are
Urmi Boyd, PresidentUrmi brings an extensive background in banking, finance, business, resource development, marketing and social work to her role as president of Senior Resource Advisors. She has also worked extensively as an outreach case manager for Senior & Disabled Services, as a vocational program manager for adults with developmental disabilities, as a principal executive manager SOCP now known as stabilization and crisis unit for the State of Oregon and for the the past 6 years as a personal income tax auditor for the State of Oregon - Department of Revenue.

David Boyd, Vice PresidentDave’s role as Vice President at Senior Resource Advisors is as Inside Sales and Office Manager. He is a graduate of Oregon State University and Oregon Institute of Technology and spent 30 years in the hitech industry as an engineering technician. Since 2005 Dave has been a contractor and in 2009 he founded Powder Valley Home Inspections, LLC and specialized in private and commercial property inspections in Lane County and nationally for FEMA. He brings his specialized skills to the Senior Resource Advisors team with a focus on Estate Resolution Services.

Jorja Farnsworth RN, Care ManagerJorja graduated with her RN degree in Nursing from Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital in Hollywood California. She will soon be celebrating her 50th Anniversary as an RN. She has worked both in California and Oregon as an RN.
She has been in Hospital Supervisory roles for a number of years. She has expertise in Cardiac Care and provides support for many of the complex clients with Senior Resource Advisors. She has most recently worked as a Community ‘Care Manager’ working one-on-one to provide assistance with medication management as well as physician-visit support for clients. |
Jennifer Clason, RN, Case ManagerJennifer Clason is a registered nurse with 14 years experience in hospital, school and case and health management settings. Responsibilities include nurse and staff development and training, post surgical wound care, ICU critical care nursing, diagnostic imaging prep, student and staff training in health management best practices and community nursing and case management.

Robyn Smith, RN, Case ManagerRobyn Smith is a registered nurse for 21 years with a wide range of experience in rural community, ICU telemetry, cardiac and post operative care to include transplant care, IV placement and management and diagnostic imaging prep. Robin also brings with her extensive end of life care and case management experience.

Mary McMillan, CMAMary, a native Oregonian and Certified Medical Assistant has worked in the medical field for over 40 years, primarily in the Eugene area. Most of her career has been in medical offices, working in both clinical and administrative settings. She has always enjoyed helping people and is happy to be able to continue with Senior Resource Advisors.

Tina Castro, Community Care Administrator
Tina comes from a background of Business, Marketing, Revenue, Employee Development, and Community Service care. She worked in the Casino Industry in Lake Tahoe, Reno and Las Vegas before relocating to Springfield/ Eugene Oregon. Director of her own business in the years has developed her skills in working with others in the community, training, communication and marketing. Since being here in the Northwest she has spent 10 years working in the Foster Care System. Meeting the extensive needs of individuals in the community. She has worked with In Home Care assessing the care needs of clients. As well as holding a marketing role in the care field. Tina has held positions on the board of directors for non profit organizations. She brings to her role as Community Care Administrator a passion of caring for others. Tina describes living in Oregon as paradise. She enjoys the beauty of the great outdoors. When she is not caring for others you can find her at the coast, taking nature walks, swimming at the lake, camping, reading. |
